|Recommended: YesVeer Apartments is simply amazing in many ways. First, the staff is very friendly, helpful and supportive. Sandra de manager she is amazing she always have helped my family since the day 1 when we decided to apply. She is constantly checking on us and asking us if there is something wrong or something that they can do for us. Secondly, the apartments are beautiful and modern. I love the way the kitchen and the bathroom were built. Although noise is very common in apartment living, it has not been a problem for me. Thirdly, the guest amenities are a state of the art. I particularly love the fitness center gym is big enough, has good lightning and offers a wide variety of equipments to train. The only find I believe it needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the ground areas. The apartment hallways, parking lot and grill areas could be better and look better. However, I'm sure is something that the staff can take care. Overall, It's a beautiful, modern and cozy place to live.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Experience — After looking at several locations in central Florida that all had similar state of the art amenities and apartments layouts.
We chose Veer due the outstanding customer love that we experienced from day one. It was very clear that the management team and front office staff truly care about the residents who call Veer Apartments their home.
Emerson truly made our experience and application process pleasurable. He was courteous and friendly and efficient and responsive to all of our needs and questions. Totally knocked it out the park for sure
Sandra was always available and knowledgeable during the process and offered her assistance for any and all things.
Eric has such a warm and welcoming approach while conducting business and puts his special twist on things to personalize your experience.
The grounds are well maintained and the cleanliness speaks for itself.

The level of attentiveness and warm engagement she exhibited towards my family and I are the very reason we became a part of the Veer Community. What a beautiful community overall I felt home the minute we stepped in. Thank you so much, Sandra You're a wonderful asset to the company.

|Recommended: YesGood location, but the office don't have one good professionalism. — Good community, place, news apartment, but sometimes I don't get understand... The gate for entry after 6pm it close, sometimes, just one can open, restroom outside GYM still closed, there isn't internet in the GYM connected in TV...
|Recommended: YesOverall a great place to live — This is place is great for inviting people over and hanging out either at the club lounge or pool area, it has a nice gym with adequate machines. This place is very well located as the area around it is expanding and it is near Disney and Outlets. The only downside unfortunately would be how poorly some residents take care of things in the Club Lounge such as the pool table and cue sticks. I believe it could be better maintained.
Overall this place is a great place to stay at and I would give an 8 10 rating.

Very happy to write a review for the property where I work and live. I Love the community, the residents, and the amenities.
|Recommended: YesI was initially blown away by this apartment complex.. — By far the best one I've seen at the rates they were offering. The first time I came into the office, a resident went out of her way to let me know that I would love to live here , which spoke volumes to me. I've lived in apartments for 10 years now and have never seen common areas being used as much as I see here. Everything is extremely inviting and that's one of the reasons I ended up choosing Veer.
Unfortunately right off the bat I was having issues with my upstairs neighbors being extremely loud. non-stop 24 7. I partially think it's the quality of building materials to blame, and my first few weeks were anything but peaceful. The staff went way above and beyond to make sure the situation was taken care of as fast as possible, which I am so thankful for. Now that I'm no longer dealing with the noise, I'm really starting to love it here.
